La commercialisation intensifiée de la terre au Maroc a généré un débat opposant différentes conceptions ce que devrait être le droit des femmes à terre. L’article étudie certaines transformations nées en partant arguments développés par professionnels du sein tribunaux administratifs, devenus acteurs importants processus d’attribution droits Il montre passage les marque resserrement référentiels juridiques : non seulement coutume est mise second plan mais combinaison références Constitution et référentiel musulman ouvre voie l’application, moment partage terres, règles successoral qui attribuent aux moitié part hommes.
